Phillip is an Incorporated Civil Engineering with over 22 years of experience, who specialises in the design of sustainable drainage systems. Phillip has delivered a wide range of projects for private and public sector clients, within a variety of industries such as water resources, transportation, rail, and environmental engineering. Phillip has developed his career from being a CAD technician to becoming the drainage technical discipline lead for the HS2 Phase 2a and 2b project, and now a Director at Clay Civil Consulting. He has developed his technical skills and knowledge throughout his career to offer a complete design service from hydraulic modelling, CAD/BIM production, project management and coordination with other disciplines. He has worked across all stages of the design and construction process from preliminary design for planning, providing construction information, site supervision and more recently approving planning applications on behalf of the Hertfordshire LLFA. Phillip is a well-rounded civil engineer who understands the importance of sustainable construction and the environmental benefits this brings to projects.
